Renaissance Blvd is a distinctive sound in the
Alternative rock scene, consisting of three members
that are very passionate about their music. Renaissance Blvd combines a mixture of musical elements such as Rock, Funk, and R&B, which gives the band its unique style.

Emerging out of the Inland Empire in the city of
Fontana, California, Renaissance Blvd started
as a simple rock band that wanted to make
history. With time, they soon realized that it
would take more than rock to captivate their
restless souls and what they truly wanted to
convey. With this in mind, they began their
journey into a long ambition called the “myth,”
taken from Oliver Stone’s 1991 film “The Doors.”
Renaissance Blvd considers the “myth” to be a path to their subconscious. Once this was established the band needed a name that would identify themselves and their music. They needed a rebirth from what was once a simple rock band to what is now an endless journey of musical possibilities and so adopted the name Renaissance Blvd. This path to the rebirth of the “myth,” gave the band the ability to burst through to a full artistic freedom of expression and therefore, fulfilling their vision.

After two years of constant struggle and under
the direction of producer/engineer Phil O’Keefe,
Renaissance Blvd was able to record what was
carefully crafted throughout the years.

Renaissance Blvd released their first album, on
June 16, 2007 “Love, Hate and Tragedy”, which
was a huge milestone in their career. It was like an
explosion of raw emotion that was finally released
for fans to hear.

Music Genre:
